Mevrik Inc. ("Mevrik", "we", "us", "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit mevrik.cx or use our platform services.

1. Information We Collect

  • › Information you provide directly: Name, work email address, company name, job title, and any information you submit via our contact, demo booking, or registration forms.
  • › Usage data (with consent): Pages visited, time on site, clicks, scroll depth, and referral source — collected via Google Analytics 4 and Hotjar, only after you provide cookie consent.
  • › Technical data: IP address (anonymised and hashed by Plausible Analytics), browser type, device type. Plausible collects no personally identifiable information and uses no cookies.
  • › Platform data (customers): Conversation transcripts, customer interaction data, and operational data processed on your behalf as a data processor under your instructions.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • › To schedule and deliver product demos you have requested
  • › To communicate about your account, plan, or support tickets
  • › To send product updates and marketing communications (you can unsubscribe at any time)
  • › To analyse website usage and improve our product and marketing
  • › To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service

3. Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR)

  • › Legitimate interests: Website analytics (Plausible, cookieless), security monitoring
  • › Consent: Analytics cookies (GA4, Hotjar), marketing communications
  • › Contract performance: Delivering platform services to paying customers
  • › Legal obligation: Compliance with applicable laws and regulations

4. Third-Party Services

  • › Web3Forms: Processes form submissions. GDPR compliant. Data deleted after 30 days unless retained for follow-up.
  • › Plausible Analytics: Privacy-first, cookieless analytics. No personal data collected. GDPR compliant by design.
  • › Google Analytics 4: Loaded only with your consent. IP anonymisation enabled. Data stored per Google's privacy terms.
  • › Hotjar: Heatmaps and session recordings. Loaded only with consent. PII masking enabled.
  • › Cloudflare: CDN, DDoS protection, and infrastructure. Processes traffic data per Cloudflare's privacy terms.

5. Data Retention

  • › Lead and contact data: retained for 24 months from last interaction
  • › Anonymised analytics data: retained indefinitely
  • › Platform/conversation data: per your enterprise agreement (default 12 months)
  • › You may request deletion of your data at any time (see Section 7)

6. Data Transfers

  • › Your data may be processed in countries outside your jurisdiction. When transferring data from the EEA, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and, where applicable, adequacy decisions.
  • › Enterprise customers with data residency requirements can opt for Managed Private Cloud (MCP) deployment in their preferred region.

7. Your Rights (GDPR / CCPA)

  • › Right to access: Request a copy of personal data we hold about you
  • › Right to rectification: Correct inaccurate or incomplete data
  • › Right to erasure: Request deletion of your personal data ("right to be forgotten")
  • › Right to portability: Receive your data in a machine-readable format
  • › Right to object: Object to processing for marketing purposes
  • › Right to withdraw consent: Withdraw cookie consent at any time via Cookie Settings in the footer

8. Cookies

  • › We use a cookie consent mechanism on our website. Essential cookies (site functionality, security) are always active. Analytics and marketing cookies are only loaded after you provide explicit consent.

9. Children's Privacy

  • › Our services are not directed to individuals under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we become aware of such collection, we will delete the information promptly.
