Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Mevrik AI platform and website operated by Mevrik Inc. ("Mevrik", "we", "us"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or accessing the Service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have the legal authority to enter into this agreement, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are accepting on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company.
2. Subscription and Billing
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You authorise Mevrik to charge your payment method for applicable fees. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as stated in our refund policy. Mevrik reserves the right to change pricing with 30 days' written notice.
3. Free Trial
Mevrik may offer a free trial period. After the trial, your selected plan will begin billing unless you cancel before the trial ends. No credit card is required to start a trial on Starter plan.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to: (a) violate any law or regulation; (b) transmit malware or harmful code; (c) harass, abuse, or threaten others; (d) circumvent security controls; (e) attempt to reverse engineer the platform; (f) use the Service to build a competing product. Mevrik reserves the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
5. Data Ownership
You retain ownership of all data you upload or generate through the Service ("Customer Data"). Mevrik processes Customer Data only as instructed by you and as described in our Privacy Policy and, for enterprise customers, the Data Processing Agreement (DPA). Mevrik does not sell Customer Data to third parties.
6. Intellectual Property
Mevrik retains all intellectual property rights in the Service, including all software, designs, and documentation. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service during your subscription period. No rights are granted except as explicitly stated.
7. Uptime and SLA
Mevrik targets 99.9% monthly uptime for paid plans. Scheduled maintenance windows are communicated in advance via status.mevrik.cx. Enterprise customers receive SLA credits per their agreement for downtime beyond the committed threshold.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mevrik's total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim. Mevrik is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
9. Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time via account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Mevrik may terminate or suspend your access for material breach of these Terms, with or without notice depending on the severity of the breach.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of [jurisdiction], without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration under [applicable rules], except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
11. Changes to Terms
Mevrik may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you via email or in-app notice at least 30 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
